Qyvern

Terms

Last updated 28 August 2026.

Who you are contracting with

Qyvern is operated by Zorez Group AB, org.nr 559452-7367, Stadsskogsgatan 46, 441 44 Alingsås, Sweden. Using the service means you accept these terms. Contact: hello@zorezgroup.com.

What the service does

Qyvern scans a publicly reachable API endpoint and simulates how autonomous buyer agents would evaluate it. The result is diagnostic. A score describes how legible an endpoint is to machine buyers. It is not a security audit, not a certification, and not a prediction of revenue, traffic or agent behaviour.

What a scan actually does to your endpoint

A scan makes a small number of read-only HTTP requests to the URL you submit, from our infrastructure. It reads responses, documentation and metadata that the endpoint serves publicly.

A scan never sends a payment, never presents payment credentials, and never performs write, purchase or other state-changing operations. It is not a load test, a vulnerability scanner or a penetration test, and it does not attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.

You must be entitled to request the scan

By submitting a URL you confirm that you own the endpoint, or that you are otherwise authorised to have it scanned by a third party. You are responsible for that authorisation. If you submit an endpoint you have no right to have scanned, that is your act, not ours, and you are responsible for the consequences, including any claim brought against us because of it.

  • Do not submit URLs in order to attack, overload or harass the service or a third party.
  • Do not submit endpoints on private, internal or otherwise non-public networks.
  • Do not submit URLs containing credentials, tokens or personal data.
  • Do not attempt to evade the quota, or to automate submissions beyond ordinary use.

We may refuse, rate-limit, unpublish or delete any scan, and suspend accounts, where these rules are broken. If you operate an endpoint that has been scanned and you want the report removed, write to hello@zorezgroup.com and we will remove it.

Results are public by default

Unless a scan is marked private, its report is published: it gets a shareable URL, it is listed on the public recent index, and a share image is generated for it. Anyone with the link can read the submitted endpoint URL, the score, the findings and the simulated agent verdicts.

Submitting a URL is therefore publishing information about that endpoint. Do not scan endpoints whose URL, existence or behaviour is confidential.

Accounts and quota

You sign in with an email magic link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your mailbox secure. A free quota applies per person and per network per day. There is no paid plan today; when one exists, its terms will be published before it takes effect.

Your content and our content

You keep whatever rights you have in the endpoint you submit. You grant us the right to fetch it, analyse it and publish the resulting report as described above, for as long as the report remains published. The report text, scoring model, site design and code are ours.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep results accurate and the service up, but we do not warrant that results are complete, correct or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Scans depend on third-party endpoints and infrastructure we do not control. We hold no certifications and make no compliance or insurance claims.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Zorez Group AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue or lost data arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Since the service is currently free, that amount is normally zero. Nothing here limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that mandatory law does not allow us to limit.

Consumers

If you use Qyvern as a consumer rather than in the course of business, mandatory Swedish and EU consumer law applies and nothing in these terms reduces those rights. Since the service is free and delivered immediately, there is nothing to pay for and no withdrawal period to run.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account under the privacy page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves, and we change the date at the top when we do. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Alingsås tingsrätt as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another venue. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform or, in Sweden, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
